Here is a classic dessert of the summer: stuffed peaches with ladyfingers, macaroons and dried fruit, a delicious and delicious dessert perfect for the whole family. Peaches are soft and very sweet and embellished by the flavor of macaroons, with an aftertaste of bitter almonds, they will be absolutely irresistible. If you want to make it more delicious, serve the peaches with a scoop of cream or vanilla ice cream.

  • macaroons: 150 gr
  • ladyfingers: 20 gr
  • marsala: 10 ml
  • mixed dried fruit: 30 gr
  • sugar: 40 gr
  • butter: 30 gr

Wash the peaches, peel them and then cut them in half. Remove the core and then dig lightly. Wet the peaches with the liqueur and sprinkle with sugar. Put the peaches in a baking dish and then cover with aluminum. Cook the peaches in a hot oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. If you are in a hurry you can pass the peaches in the flour and then grill them in the hot plate.
In the meantime, crumble the amaretti, ladyfingers and dried fruit, add the peach pulp and mix. Stuff the peaches with this mixture and then complete with flaked butter, cook for another 5 minutes and serve.
