Electric car incentives, the state could do better

Electric cars
The state will provide a contribution of 5,000 euros on the purchase of aelectric car. To the state incentive will be added that of the dealer for a total of 6,500 euros of incentives on the purchase of the electric car.
Hybrid cars
The state will provide a contribution of 1,200 euros to which 360 euros of incentives of the seller for a total of 1,560 euros of bonus on the purchase of one hybrid car.

The situation will change in 2014 and 2015. In 2014 the incentives for the purchase of aelectric car will drop to € 4,000 and € 3,000 for 2015. As for the hybrid cars, in 2014 they will receive € 1,000 and then € 800 from the state. The only obligation to access the government incentives is to scrap the old car. The incentive plans for the purchase of electric scooters remain unchanged.
